At least MBA, Master of Social Economy, Development Economics or equivalent.
Experience in managing operations longer than 10 years including five years in the microfinance or banking sector.
Good knowledge of the microfinance sector, banking sector and economic empowerment.
Good knowledge of Islamic modes of financing and compliance conditions Sharia financial transactions.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Outstanding communication and people skills.
Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM).
Good level in English in oral, reading and writing.
Advanced skills in marketing and communication.
Advanced skills in steering development projects.
Ability to lead working groups and motivate employees.
